And for those who enjoy some extra hours in bed, our Lazy Sunday breakfast is served until 12.00.

Prepared fresh each morning, the hotel’s breakfast buffet ensures a balanced, healthy start to your day. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of fresh fruit juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, breads and much more. You can also request hot dishes made to order. If you are an early riser or have to leave before the buffet opens, ask reception about the availability of an earlybird breakfast.

Chef Fernando Ercoli continually inspires guests with delectable dishes rooted in Spanish Mediterranean tradition. Classic meals, however, get a fresh Argentine twist, featuring the best ingredients from the local area. No menu in Buenos Aires would be complete without traditional Italian dishes like homemade pasta and creamy risotto, and our restaurant is no exception.
 
The menu at the NH Collection Buenos Aires Lancaster Restaurant changes periodically, to best highlight what each season has to offer. Guests at our restaurant are continually surprised at what the Chef and the kitchen have thought of next. Though flavors and presentation change, the menu offers staples like steak, pasta and fresh seafood.

NH Lancaster Bar

Our bar is a relaxed but elegant space, with parquet floors and high ceilings. It serves a tempting selection of drinks and snacks, including plenty of local wines. It also doubles up as a convenient space for informal meetings.
