NH Collection Heidelberg contains 16 meeting rooms that can be arranged in 25 different combinations.
On top of this, the hotel also employs an on-site event planner who can organize every aspect of your occasion, including food and beverage options and coffee breaks.
Meeting hosts are also welcome to gather informally in the lobby and the building’s unique Biermuseum can be used to host private dinners and parties.

The hotel lobby and conference area can be adapted for many purposes. With its 600 m² surface area and 11 meter high ceiling, the lobby has seen a wide range of set-ups, such as a human table soccer, a climbing wall, proms and concerts. One of our staff members will assist you personally and professionally to help you with preparation and throughout your event. All of our meeting rooms have high-speed Internet connections (3 MBit line needs to be reserved), wireless Internet access, meeting kits with office supplies such as paper, pens and tape. The hotel's conference department provides projectors, screens, video equipment, lightning and sound equipment. We will also be pleased to set up a stage or dance floor for your event.
