Situated in the Plaza mayor, in the city center, the hotel is within a historic building, near the "humedo" (the best area for tapas in Leon), the cathedral and the historical center. The staff is really professional, being always atentive to what you may need
Great location in the Plaza Mayor, friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious room with nice decor and modern bathroom. Great facilities - coffee machines and kettle, mini bar etc - which many hotels still haven't replaced after the pandemic. Quiet and comfortable.

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Location is excellent with secured underground carpark. Room was spacious, with Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle for tea. The communication with hotel on WhatsApp was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much and have signed up for the loyalty program, and wish to explore their hotels in other locations as well.
Lovely hotel, great facilities, good rooms, great beds, on a lovely plaza, just lively enough. But these are nothing: Wait til you meet the staff, who make things easy, smooth and pleasant. You end up loving people :)
Being inn the Plaza Mayor the location could not be better. The staff were all efficient, friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at this hotel and if we come to Leon again we would come back to The Plaza Mayor
This hotel had a prime location in a beautiful city. My single room was very well outfitted with everything I needed. Very well equiped bathroom with great shower. The food in the restaurant is good, but something must be done to make the restaurant a more attractive place.
Very nice hotel! Great staff and fabulous breakfast! Nice location - even situated in city center main plaza it is very calm during night. You can use window shutter to make you room dark. Comfortable beds!
