Bikini Bar

The gastronomic proposal of Bikini Bar, in the hands of the Sevillian chef Rafa Zafra, is based mainly on the luxury of eating with your hands while enjoying bikinis and entrepanes. Through its different types of bread - sliced bread, glass bread, mollete, Payés bread, brioche bread and flaky bread - the menu is divided into cold, hot and sweet sandwiches. Bikini Bar also offers snacks, ranging from pickles, such as anchovy and anchovy Gilda, to traditional dishes such as Iberian ham croquettes, tomato salad...etc.

A must go to for lovers of avant guard cuisine and the only three Michelin Starred restaurant in Madrid. A 360º culinary experience in a space designed by the chef himself in colaboration with Lázaro Rosa Violán, dominant beige tones and dark wood floors are the perfect setting for the flying pigs, representing DiverXO´s world of fantasy where anything is possible.

99 Sushi Bar consolidates it's place as a reference of Japanese haut cuisine in Spain in the NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding. This new space stakes its reputation on quality and innovation, fusing Japanese Cuisine with other gastronomic cultures whilst respecting the produce and culinary techniques traditionally used in Asian cuisine.

Breakfast Buffet Praga

Primarily the breakfast buffet restaurant, with excellent & healthy Breakfast. We also have at our guests disposal detailed information of the dishes served (for allergens etc.). These dishes are based on quality products using seasonal produce (part of our “eco” and trade fair policy). Restaurant also available for lunch and dinner upon request for groups. It's a modern space with a central buffet and a show cooking area. Create your personalized vitamin packed juice, smoothie or milkshake in our Fresh Corner. Choose your favorite fruits, juices or toppings, place them in a container and give it to one of our waiters who will prepare it for you straightaway.

VIP Lounge Gastronomy

An exclusive space for our VIP level guests offering a selection of snacks and refreshments throughout the day. A light breakfast is available from 07:00am and an Open Bar service in the evening. There's relaxed seating with a panoramic view of the city, and if you need to work, we have a meeting space available as well. (Over 12's only)
