Once again in Madrid for a business trip, and once again at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient for me, but over all, the staff working at the hotel, all of them, are extremely professional while treating you warmly, which makes me feel at home there.
Viajamos por ocio y la situación tan céntrica del hotel nos facilitó pasear por las zonas emblemáticas de la ciudad sin apenas desplazamientos. El personal, de trato excepcional y las instalaciones acordes al tipo de edificio pero muy bien conservadas y adaptadas a su categoría. Volveremos a escogerlo como opción.
Absolutely spectacular! The location is ideal. The staff is incredibly helpful (dinner reservations) and friendly. Lastly, the palacio itself is stunning! I would go back again tomorrow.
Un lujoso hotel en una ubicación de privilegio. Muchos centros de atracción se puede llegar a ellos caminando. En la zona tienes una amplia selección de restaurantes de todo tipo de comida. Las habitaciones son amplias, y el staff esta siempre muy atento.
Hotel in posizione centralissima, vicino a tutti i luoghi di interesse, raggiungibili tutti facilmente a piedi. Molto silenzioso. Stanze molto belle. Colazione eccellente. Consigliatissimo.
The hotel is very well situated walking distance from most of the historic, tourist and shopping places including restaurants in the vicinity. Great value for location and five star hotel with exceptional service and staff. Special thanks to the breakfast restaurant for accommodating our request and prompt service
