Nice stay
After staying at several NH hotels in the last month I can say the best thing is their staffing….Everyone that’s works at them goes that extra bit to make one feel comfortable…I would recommend them especially because they are so reasonably priced….
Nice Hotel Very Close to the Zocalo
The hotel is clean and comfortable and has an elegance to it that I appreciate when traveling in Mexico. The staff is very professional, personable, and helpful. Our requests for extra towels and help with the luggage were attended to immediately. And the best part for me, the hotel is two blocks away from the Zocalo in the Historical Center of the city.
A quick trip to historic Puebla
I booked based on location and cost. Upon arrival, the staff was very accomodating and received me with a friendly attitude. Check in and check out went smoothly. During the stay, I needed help with questions in English. The staff was able to assist me and handle my needs.
