The people in the hotel are friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel and you are obliged to go to the Mall. The check in and check out is very fast and confortable. Some pictures and furniture shall be added to the bedroom.
El hotel es cómodo y moderno. La atención es muy buena y las camas muy cómodas. Los baños también funcionan bien, pero son para personas altas. Ahora. El hotel no tiene estacionamientos propios y hay que pagar estacionamiento en el Mall. Es carísimo y si sumamos este valor al del hotel, cualquier ganancia de precio calidad empieza a perder validez. Por otro lado, al estar en el Mall y por ende ser estacionamiento público, es inseguro. Otro punto a revisar es el desayuno. Este, se sirve en una cafetería del Mall, que principalmente atiende en mesas al exterior. Y se sirve hasta las 10:00 Am. Claro. Uno puede subir el desayuno a la habitación, pero de todas maneras se traga el frio de la mañana y debe vestirse. Para mi, es un Bred&Breakfast de alto nivel. Detalle a parte es que los veladores son modernos y bonitos, pero poco prácticos para dejar las cosas. No hay soporte de maletas.
I stayed at this hotel for business and the best thing was the convenience and the location. there were plenty of restaurants with great food nearby, and the mall ambiance was hip and upscale. However, the hotel restaurant offers very simple food that is the same everyday (i was there for 6 days.......); and the room service food was inedible.
