The hotel is very nice, but the difference was in the staff. From the reception to the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The daily treats are a really fantastic and delicious touch. The service in the restaurant made us feel at home. Thank you to Monica, Giuseppe, Angelo. And to all the hotel staff. They are the star of the hotel.

Very attentive staff and lovely rooms overlooking Taormina! The breakfast buffet was fantastic - and you can order off the menu if desired. The pool area is relaxing, I wish the pool water had been warmer (but we stayed in mid-September). Overall a lovely spot innTaormina.
We had the most amazing time in Sicily. Our stay at the NH Collection exceeded our expectations as we were traveling with a very large group. Sarah from Guest Relations really took care of our every need and arranged activities and reservations for our big group. We had the best experience and look forward to visiting Taormina again real soon!
Our stay as part of an organized group tour was outstanding! Beautiful, spacious room with a balcony overlooking the bay (and sunrise!), great bathrobes and room amenities. Good location, walkable to all the historic, cultural and shopping areas. Lovely pool deck. Comfy mattress (more firm than the typical European hotel bed)
