Wir feierten ein für uns besonderes Jubliäum in Rom. Wir erhielten diesbezüglich von Management und Mitarbeitern vom ersten Kontakt an eine umfassende und herzliche Unterstützung. Der Aufenthalt wurde auch dadurch zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.
Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet: Top Lage mitten im Zentrum mit super Aussicht. Das Essen war vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen einfach herrlich. Was uns aber besonders begeistert hat, ist das wirklich außergewöhnlich freundliche und engagierte Personal, die uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt äußerst zuvorkommend behandelt hat. Der Gast ist dort definitv Kaiser und sie lassen keine Gelegenheit aus, Dir dieses Gefühl zu vermitteln. Das Interior ist top modern, gepflegt und sehr sauber! Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.
This Hotel is in a great location, just a stones throw from the Victor Emmanuel Monument and about 35 minutes taxi ride to FCO airport. Staff are professional and friendly. The breakfast is excellent with a good selection and quality of products. Decor of the room and bathroom were great. Storage was a little limited but not an issue for short stays. I would have given 5 stars for the Room if the view was better. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again in the near future.
